∙ 22kw asynchronous motor pump with variable flow rate servo motor pump.
∙ Stable operating pressure, closing up to 300 bar and isostatic pressure.
∙ Stable control of forming pressure and discharge pressures.
∙ Single proportional valve for cylinder movement and prolonging the life of the valve by operating at low pressure.
∙ Ensuring energy saving by making system pressure and cooling system with tandem pump.
∙ Closing and iso pressures are created with booster separately from working pressure.
∙ Valve life is extended by operating the system pressure at 160 bar.
∙ The master cylinder is placed in the honed tube. Seal life is extended by providing better sealing.
∙ 32cm maximum plate production diameter
∙ The retouching system is designed with a rotary table in accordance with the shaping of round dishes.
∙ There are 1 burr breaking, 2 belt sander and 3 sponge stations in the retouching system.
∙ Retouch Rotary Table Module is designed with Italian AUTOROTOR brand.
∙ Two servo motorized transfer systems were built to transfer the product from the press to the retoucher and from the retoucher to the output band.
∙ Language option can be applied according to preference of PLC automation system SIEMENS brand.
∙ The electrical panel is cooled by RITTAL brand air conditioner.
